How it works

Four steps, then you stop thinking about it

Send one email

Tell us your address and roughly when's good. That's the whole sign-up — no forms, no sales call.

We walk your home

The first visit, we get to know the place — and start a care log so nothing slips through.

We keep a schedule

Visits land on a rhythm you'll barely notice. The small stuff gets handled before it grows.

You get your weekends

No more lists on the fridge. Text us when something comes up; members go to the front of the line.

A note from the founder

"I started FixSubscribe because I was tired of watching good neighbors get the runaround — waiting days for a callback over a job that takes ten minutes."

For fifteen years I've fixed homes one emergency at a time. The truth is, almost none of it had to be an emergency. A loose handrail, a slow drain, a filter nobody changed — caught early, they're nothing. Left alone, they're a Saturday and a big bill.

So I built the thing I'd want for my own family: one trusted person, on a steady schedule, who actually knows your house. No call-out fees. No upsells. Just a home that quietly stays in good shape. If we ever let you down, I'll make it right — that's a promise with my name on it.

Good questions

The things neighbors ask first

What counts as a "small repair"?

The everyday stuff: leaky faucets, running toilets, squeaky or sticking doors, loose handrails, blinds and curtain rods, cabinet hinges, caulking, grout touch-ups, picture hanging, filters, smoke and CO detectors, gutters, and weatherstripping. If a job needs a permit or a licensed specialist, we'll tell you plainly and help you line one up.

Do I have to be home for visits?

Only if you'd like to be. Plenty of members give us a gate code or a key and come home to a checklist of what got done. You'll always get a note after every visit, with photos when it helps.

What if something breaks between visits?

Send us a message. Members jump to the front of the schedule — The Homestead and Whole House plans include priority and same-week response for urgent fixes. We'd always rather catch it early than meet it as an emergency.

Are materials included in the price?

Labor on included repairs is covered by your plan. Materials — a new faucet cartridge, a tube of caulk — are billed at cost, and we always show you the price before we buy anything. No markups, no call-out fees, no surprise lines on an invoice.

Can I really cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. One email pauses or ends your plan, effective at the end of your current month. We'd rather keep earning your business than lock you into it.

Hand us the to-do list. Keep your weekend.

Tell us your address and we'll set up your first visit — usually within 48 hours. One of our first 50 founding spots could be yours.
